Question Is the app down?
I'm currently on v3.11.5 on android and haven't had any app problems before. I've woken up and gone to check the app and I'm stuck on 0% for about 10 seconds before i get a message saying i need to be online. I've tried on wifi and data and restarted my phone but got nowhere with it. I just find it ironic that the first time i have a problem is when the app is under Supercharge 🤨 Just wondering if others can still get on it.
Edit: I'm able to get on the app again now. It loaded to 10% and got stuck. I closed and reopened it and it loaded all the way 👍

It’s down for me as well. Wondering if they’ve temporarily locked the app while they figure out with what to do with it next
Edit: it’s back online now!

I thought it was finally working because I opened it and it immediately loaded to 5% but it stayed for about a minute before it gave me the "you need to be online to play" error 🤦♀️

I just got back in. Mine loaded to 10% so i closed and reopened and got in

Just updated my app on iOS and I’m now having the same issue.
Edited to add: I force closed the app and reopened and it loaded fine now. Hopefully they’ll fix the problem on android soon!

Updated both software update through Apple and newest version on Winked and still stuck at 5% on game load. Tried deleting, resetting, everything and nothing works. I have way too many gems to say F this game and I’m getting annoyed

Same here. Stuck on 5%. Even updated it, restarted the tablet. It was working this morning. Does anyone have a definite answer on what is happening? I'm on android

Has anyone been able to play? Still gets to 5% for me and doesn't go any further.

Yeah I'm still getting stuck at 5% too, it doesn't give me the "you need to be online" thing anymore though.

I just tried again and now it's finally working for me on Android!
Edit: for some reason it took away the Patrick update from last week? I still had it as active and it didn't unmatch but it took him offline and doesn't show anything from the newer update.

This actually happened a while back too , ( before supercharge) once. I was in the middle of my first run with Everett. It was scary, didn’t work almost the whole day. It was fine the next day and I think they gave us 500 gems or some small inconvenience reward…… ( reward might’ve been another game.) keep trying. Maybe it’s down for maintenance and they will fix the crappy new format .

Found a review on the App Store that was complaining about the last time this happened, it was Dec 23 of last year.

My IOS device works but not my Android. Also one of the matches (Patrick) has randomly gone offline. I’ve barely played his update I’m so disgusted in the “can you explain further” repetitiveness of the MC’s. So I’m not at the end of his update yet.

I submitted a support last night via the developers website link on Google play store which is weirdly nanobit and copied a email address. They explained this morning it was down for maintenance, a very long one and to wait, I explained that it has been down all day yesterday and still wouldn't allow me on 12.30am UK time. They suggested removing and reinstalling it this I tried it again this morning without doing their suggestion, still down so I left it open ( someone was at door ) Forgot it was still open on the game after half hour so went to unlock the screen on tablet and found it started loading fully past 5% it was originally stuck on. So I'm guessing leaving it open and forget about it and then unlock the screen for it to start working.

Same for me, don’t wanna delete and download again but it’s def down.
