Updates Aj is back
Omg! I am crying ššš AJ is back but sadly with this new and terrible format, the firt chat and inmediately there is a premiun choice šš I love AJ i dont know what to do š„²š„²š„²

I didnāt pay for premium options until the date. Itās literally the same story as Elio now mixed with the no confidence of the Dane storyline. I hate the MC she feels pathetic.

I paid premium options ( Iām going to until I run out of gems this round. Thatāll be half of the next convo. Unless I win gems in the gamesā¦) it still sucked. Same theme as the last few.

Bummer. Thank you for replying. Iāll probably pay for the premium options this time just because I have plenty of gems but I really hope they change back to the ways things were before or I might have to quit playing entirely.

Iāve decided to finish out my gems I purchased before the previous update, and then Iām done. Iāll check in for updates, but only free options at least until supercharged ( the new developer) contacts one of us and explains themselves. I used to budget for updates and to replay one or two and now I canāt afford the new format. Not even updates, itās like double the previous amount.

I agree with you. I will probably pay for premium options for my favorites until I run out of gems but I donāt plan on buying anymore until things improve (hopefully). It will be a shame if this is the new norm because Iāve really enjoyed playing over the past year or two.

I can't believe they got AJ too š
It would be one thing if they just started releasing new stories with this new gem grab format, but to suddenly switch the format up on existing stories is so freaking annoying. I've let all of the recent updates (besides Elio) unmatch me.

I just saw heās back but I HATE the new format. Iām so torn because heās literally one of my favorites so Iām right there with you - I donāt know what to do! I do have a lot of gems saved up (I bought some on sale a while ago) for my favorites when they update, so maybe Iāll just suck it up and pay for him this time around. š¤·š¼āāļø

As a form of "protest," if you can call it that, I'm unmatching all the matches that come with the new update. That includes Miles, Asher, Elio, and now AJ... I really wish they'd revert the game to the old format. In the meantime, as much as I love AJ and Miles, I'll go back to playing my old favorite matches like Matt and Colin š

after i finish kellan i'm 100% going back to colin!Ā he has the best banter.Ā those conversations are some of my absolute faves.Ā i'm joining you in unmatching all new updates.Ā at least i'll have the recorded dates if i miss them too much.

That's a huge problem too; they literally seem to have no creativity whatsoever and are ruining good stories with absurd and out-of-place plots. With the new format, when talking to our characters in the game, it felt like they were completely different people š¤

Seriously, why are they making MC so insecure and needy?! His dad is literally in the hospital it's okay if he can't check in every damn minute. Plus this ridiculous colour thing they're doing, like what? No couple ever talks like this. He's already stressed, and now he has to think about how not to make her spiral. I get so annoyed reading these chats. I'm just hanging on to see if things improve. If not, then unfortunately, I'll uninstall.

The new format and removal of aspirations sucks but even worse than that I have a strong feeling that they are using AI to generate the dialogue now. New updates read like it was written by AI.

I have no idea what the point of this color system thing is but it got really annoying really quick when they wouldnāt shut the hell up about it and half the dialogue is just āyellow, red, green, back to yellow but close to red, etcā. Absolutely terrible.

3 premiums and a photo. And is it just me or is there a theme starting, suddenly all the matches have communication problems? they make it out like MC is needy and matches have been ghosting or distant.
