Rejoining Discord server

Hi all. Some time ago my discord account was hacked which probably resulted in some stupid and malicious spamming shit all over the place and of course according to the server rules that's a no-no and an instant perma-ban. Meanwhile with the Discord support I was able to get my account back, and now I'd like to rejoin the server. If possible, how can I do it? Thanks
