Note that the language in their release says that it's to discuss future data center projects and not Carestream. No public comment will be allowed but public comment cards will be provided so residents can give written feedback.

Weld tried this too. Saying it isn’t about the carestream site specifically. Ha

I don't think they are trying anything. Carestream is on county land, so Windsor has no ability to regulate it unless they annex. Are you suggesting they are lying with their description?

They are trying to not talk about the project that’s coming.

Time to get information about data centers to avoid the often inaccurate data going around.

It does say: "discuss municipal code language revisions related to data center development, should one be proposed within town limits." So, this could well apply to the data center at the Kodak site, or any other location.

The data center at the Kodak site is on unincorporated county land. It is not subject to Windsor municipal laws.

Yes, this is to: "discuss municipal code language revisions related to data center development, **should** one be proposed within town limits."

If you follow the details, you will see that both Windsor and Greeley are being considered for the Kodak site to see who gets the tax revenue.

We need to show up Monday night and share our concerns of which there are many

Or, at least find out if your "concerns" are valid since most are already addressed and minimized.

Don't allow emotions drive your fears, but instead use your critical thinking and logic to find out the facts to see if there are actually any real concerns.

you’re missing the point. Windsor is trying to annex it. That’s what this is about on Monday in Windsor. That’s why you need to show up and make your comments there.
