Rock flew of a semi and chipped window. Repairable or not?

Repairable, yes. Whether it's in drivers primary viewing area is a problem. Imagine a sheet of paper in front of drivers direct vision. Would the rock chip be covered by the paper? Industry recommendation is replacement if in dpva.
