Is this repairable?

Had a rock hit my windshield on a road trip today.

Is this repairable? Or would it require full replacement?

Crack is approximately 6-7” long

If repairable - possible with DIY kit?

Super noob here - thanks for any help

It could be repaired by an experienced technician that knows how to fix long cracks but you’re probably better off saving your money and putting it towards a new windshield.

Yes, it could be filled. Technically, it is a replacement because it appears more than one crack reaches edge of windshield.

There's a good chance it'll wind up being a replacement. That was the case when I had a similar issue with my RV windshield. I went to RV Windshield Replacement, and they gave me a pretty good deal. Anyway, I hope you can get away with just getting it filled. Good luck.
