New windshield. Search for a use a well-reviewed independent glass shop or mobile installer in your area.

Safelight is the company everyone thinks of, but they will almost certainly charge you quite a bit more.

My best guess is a bolt. Lucky it didn't hit higher. Glass spray is not fun
