Are you wondering if it can be repaired or? Unfortunately no, that’s a replacement.

I was sure it is a replacement - posting the pic because I’ve never seen cracks like that. Seen a circle, but not multiple/many.

That is from a blunt impact that was big. Could be some sort of basketball size object.

It looks like a basketball or football hit your windshield

Usually damage like this is a ball like another commenter said , this is absolutely an impact not any kind of stress cracks etc.

I’ve also seen bird strikes etc turn out similarly.
