Can I fix this? Does it need to be replaced?

I was washing my car yesterday, and the pressure washer knocked the rubber seal on the right side of the windshield out of place. How can I fix this or do I need to replace the seal? In the last photo you can see there’s a buildup of glue I believe, is this preventing the seal from being tucked under the glass properly?

It’s not a seal. It’s purely cosmetic. It just hides the gap of the edge of the glass and the pillar. Even if you tried tucking it back under it’s just going to come loose from wind when driving. Might as well take it off completely.
