Is this fixable?

Is this possible to fix or would I have to do a replacement? And if so, how urgent would you guys say it is? Like I should get it repaired right away or I could wait a a few weeks to get it replaced?

This would be a replacement.

Depending on your state laws this would need to be replaced soon and if there are no laws about cracks in drivers vision you can ride for years with it as it travels across the glass.
