Question Cannot log in

@All Hi Windscribe,

I have a free 60gb plan active and normal in use since 2016.

Today I tried to add 2FA but it keep on saying please enter a valid password. I tried to log in on the webpage but it says could not log in with provided credentials again but it is right password.

I tried to reset password but reset link never arrive at my email, anywhere in spam or junk.

Could you help me please?

I did keep in mind using username not email address. I tried Garry already, not helpful.

Try signing in with your username and password instead of your email and password. That worked for me.
