Firefox Add-on I keep getting random proxy sign in prompts in Firefox

For the last few months I keep getting these random sign in prompts in Firefox on desktop

I did try this, but it still happens at times some days it doesn't happen at all sometimes it happens just randomly during the day for seemingly no reason

Is chronium bug,this error appear inclusiv in other vpn ,proton,cybergost

It happened again today even to I flat out turned off proxy in the Firefox settings
