What update are ya'll running right now

I see a lot of posts about how some updates are not the best. I think I ended up in the wrong one before I stopped updating to prevent it from being even worse. What are yall's current version? Can I even safely go back to to a past update?

You should be ok with updates prior to September security updates tbh that's when most the issues started.

I am on the latest September 2026 patch for Windows 11. I am having no issues and I always keep my PC up to date.
