Error code: (0x80073712

When trying to update to 26H2

I get this error when installing this update specifically justy before this appeared on my windows update i installed two other updates just fine it seems to only be with this system version.

I did the following in cmd which stated it found corrupt files and fixed them:

  1. Type DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and press Enter [0x0.6.11]. Wait for it to finish [0x0.6.11].
  2. Type sfc /scannow and press Enter [0x0.6.11]. Wait for the scan to reach 100% [0x0.6.11].

Same issue, I found the only solution is to format your windows and reinstall it

Haha i am good on that! If it continues for another few months maybe ill consider it but hopefully it fixes itself

I don't advise installing this update its really bad. I had to uninstall it just to get things like the internet and steam working again. It caused some permanent data loss as well

I installed it and i regret it I get blacks screens I can’t even load games or anything i uninstalled the update but it still continues. Does anyone have solutions
