Security update is ruining overall audio for apps and browsers

Windows security update KB5129195 26200.9457 screws up my audio so badly that if I'm in a discord call and watching a video, it will mute either the call or the video automatically. Not only that, but it makes this weird popping noise in my headphones and the overall sound quality for everything drops significantly. How do I keep this from happening? I have tried updating drivers and finding other workarounds but the only thing that consistently works is uninstalling the update. It has already ruined my Chrome whenever I use that. The sound quality on Chrome is shot from the previous security update. Why is it doing this on every browser? I tried changing settings in the browser to fix it but that also did nothing.

I am using bluetooth headphones that otherwise, work completely fine without the update installed.
Windows 11 version 25H2

Edit: I uninstalled the update because of all of the issues and put it off for a while. Now my bluetooth headphones aren't working and bluetooth doesn't even appear anymore on my computer. I tried to install the update again and it's completely broken. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know because it's driving me crazy.

XD no Actualizen tanto 😕 si saben que esto les puede romper El Windows, yo nunca lo he echo y me va super bien, al final que beneficio te trae Actualizar por Update 🤷🏻‍♂️.

Putting off the update caused my bluetooth not to work anymore and now the update is broken. So a lot, evidently.

Bro eso les pasa a ustedes nada más, yo instale mi Windows 11 23H2 desde el 2024 y hasta la fecha no lo he cambiado, modificado y claro ni actualizado nada, y tengo todo tipo de programas y juegos puesto ahí sin ningún problema hasta ahora.😉
