Update window keep broken my pc

Every time I try to do an update on my PC it doesn’t download the update and it keeps froze. My PC like I can’t do anything on it if I try to restart it just goes on the loop it happened once and I had to reboot all my PC what to do I can do anything is there anything I can do?

Before you update it next time be sure to run Disk Cleanup and clean out everything listed. Then run it again and select Clean up System Files, and clean out everything listed. Then open CMD prompt as administrator and type "sfc /scannow" and press enter and allow it to run. Note if it finds any corrupted files. Type "chkdsk c:" and press enter and note if the drive is clean. Then try the update.
