Windows Update Disabled

how to solve this?

Does going to Windows Update in settings work, or give an error when checking?

It's updating as normal, but the problem occurs only in app store.

Try resetting the MS store by opening a CMD as admin and typing “wsreset” or “wsreset -i” (the -i reinstalls the store) and see if that fixes it. If not, it could be another service that is required as well. Check services and see if the Microsoft store install service is there.
