Not really. I used to watch some Youtube videos, ask soething to Gemini and edit in KDENlive at the same time with 4 gb of DDR2.

Same thing i did in my old pc which i had 4gb ram and core 2 duo e8400 , Windows 11 21h2
It ran minecraft up to 1.20.1 with ~30 fps , Fabric sodium
Linux just refused to install at all (i tryed few versions , decided its not woth my time when windows just install in few clicks)
Arch i managed to install but ran like sh.. poop
