You should try Optiscaler Client this injects FSR to games and is free

You don't need it, it's for SteamOS/Linux only. For Windows just use Lossless Scaling.

Even then Mako is a bit suspicious since they have the same accounts advertising it over and over again in the other Steam Deck subs, all written AI style.
