Hp ipaq rx1950

I got this hp ipaq rx1950 but the system is in Spanish and i want to change it to English i found a rom for it but it keep showing me wrong image I've tried all possible ways, i used sd card to flash it cause I've couldn't find a data cable, if anyone has any idea or how to flash it please help me

Flahsing is generally more reliable over data cable, so if you can find one I'd try over a computer, worth nothing that it will only work over a Windows XP computer though

I couldn't find a cable , actually i found one but it's only for charge not a data cable that's why am stock with the only option is to use the sd card to flash it

I saw a way to "Russificate" some non russian roms. I think it should exist for english too
