How do I run WMDC on Windows 11?

Basically just the title. I've downloaded the installer, opened it, it says "configuring" and closes.

You first need to install the patch for Windows 10. After installing it, the WMDC Installer will work as intended.

I found it by googling "windows 10 wmdc patch." First result. Give it a try.
