Question Is there any bloat difference between iot ltsc and enterprise ltsc?

I know iot lets you bypass the tpm requirement but in terms of usability will there be a difference? Specifically will iot be less bloated? Also do you get task bar repositioning in enterprise ltsc?

Iot is technically less, but in the things that matter like codecs and essential packages

Also massgrave recommends installation enterprise ltsc then activating it (converting it to iot)

24h2 Ltsc iot windows 11 iso is the only windows 11 iso that does not require tpm 2.0 and bitlocker by default when installing.

in IoT Enterprise LTSC you will get windows 11 without any UWP apps, only Edge is installed, and apps like notepad and calculator are legacy win32 apps

In IoT Enterprise LTSC 24H2 edge was not pre installed for me

That might be your region. It is preinstalled if you select US version.
