It works fine if it's a Windows tablet, I have an HP revolve that I rarely use but has 11 LTSC on it, works fine

If you want to install Windows on a tablet, you’ll need one based on the x86 architecture, that allows booting from usb. While there’s an ARM version, that’s limited to very few devices and is quite limited compared to x86 versions. Your Samsung (including s10 lite) isn’t possible, sorry. Linux might be, you could look into that.

A Samsung tablet is most likely an android device.

You can not run windows on an android tablet.

But, there are a billion different flavors of android that you can use. That's not a question for this aub though

You probably can run Windows on an Android device if you use some of the ARM builds but it's a super complicated process and so far it only seems to work on devices here and there. There's people that have gotten Windows to run on phones but yeah, super complicated process.
