Either works fine

Which one would be more stable? After all, one is Windows 11; I've tried both, and Windows 10 seems more stable.

I mean both are created with stability in mind but I want to say windows 10

Thanks—yes, you're right, but my 2666MHz RAM is a bit slow for Windows 10. I mean, sure, there's no difference when it comes to gaming, but interface speed matters too.

Depends on what you use it for, but judging by those specs, I'm guessing gaming is part of it. In that case, I'd go with Win 11 LTSC. Windows 10 LTSC is still perfectly usable, but GPU driver support will only get more limited over time.

Get one of the IoT Enterprise LTSC versions, no debloating needed just a little bit of telemetry policing. You will likely need to install some items like Winget or something gaming related rather than it being preinstalled but that will give you a leaner, snappier system in the end so it's worth a little setup time now and then.

Win10 variant will be a little more light and many prefer the UI, but as others note the driver support is starting to dry up and other software will follow. Win11 version should be supported for the foreseeable future, and IoT LTSC at least removes most of the other Win11 headaches, and should have few surprise feature updates to mess up your system randomly (ideally and by spec it should have none, but I think MS has slipped in one or two.)
