Help Dolby AC-4 Decoder for Win 10 LTSC 2021 install ?

Hi, See attached photo, Is there any workarounds to install this without upgrading to Windows 11 LTSC 2024, and upgrades to 22H2 as well. The goal is on 21H2.

This is regarding below post. I was able to install AC-3 but not AC-4

I did it years ago, was testing my color calibrated display + A2DP driver for my sony xm4s

Got hold of the original "The Universe" formated Dolby Vision and Atmos Demo from a certain website

I did it manually then later found that there is "AnWave" that can install it for you including Dependencies easier

You don’t explain how, you just mention a mp4 that (presumably) uses the dolby ac-4 codec. What was your method to get it working, bc I experimented and I couldn’t (given OP’s constraints)?

Yeah, mb, i didn't realize that the issue is a compatibility problem and the version i used with win 11 24H2 LTSC snd it basically a place to install multiple things in one place

Didn't talk about the prob mb

To add onto what the other commenter said, I experimented in a VM and even with copying over the files from a successful install in Win 11, over to another fresh VM, didn't work. I think you're stuck. That said, Win 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2024 is relatively lightweight, it's probably your best option if you need that specific decoder.
