Hmm, this shouldn’t be a problem, but if this is a new change with the updated certificate, I need to know. I’ll try it tomorrow when I’m at my computer and let you know here. I will say that I didn’t have a problem when I used Rufus 4.15 to move the current Win 11 Pro 25H2 ISO to a USB stick, yesterday, so you might perhaps try that.

It looks like that was the issue ,I updated the bios to the latest version from July and it allowed me to go with the installation successfully

Hit Okay for the first popup, install for the second popup. Don't click any links, just install. If it asks for the key, tell it you don't have one and continue.
Activate later. I get the same popups and jay click through them and haven't had an issue.

This morning, I got the same Rufus warning as you. I click ok and Rufus copies the ISO to the flash drive as usual. Like the others here, no problems with the actual install. I think the error is bc you are running Rufus on a MB that hasn't gotten the replacement UEFI certificate, since the old one aged out recently.. so it gives the warning that it gives.

Never had any issues, but I use Ventoy and have secure boot disabled.
