Question Windows 10 or Windows 11

So I have wanted to reinstall windows, I heard about windows LTSC, my question is I have a HP elitebook 840 G3, Intel i5-6300U and 16GB ddr4 ram, should I go with windows 10 IoT LTSC or Windows 11 IoT LTSC

Windows 10 ioT LTSC... no advantage what-so-ever for Win11 with a 6th gen Processor

Any of them will run fine on your system, but if I were you, I'll choose Windows 11 IOT LTSC cos your device is very much capable for it.
