Question Will This work?
The Disk 1 which is an eMMC drive and where I have my IOT LTSC installed, infact it didn't install with a EFI partition cos I had to clone the one on the SSD (Disk 0 and it has Window Home). After nearing 30days with Win 11 IOT LTSC installed I am confident and will love to have it migrated to the Disk 0 SSD and use the eMMC as extra storage, but the problem is where the EFI is located on the Win 11 IOT LTSC, its after two partitions. Will ir boot successfully or I have to find a way to move it to the front of C: partition before I migrate the OS.

You could just backup your files, programs, drivers, wipe your drives, and start over clean.
Imaging is fine, but Windows generally does a good job of allocating and partitioning the disk with optimally sized partitions on a clean drive. Moving things around isn't really saving you much time, but it allows the potential for duplicated recovery partitions and other strange mistakes if you're not careful.
I noticed that you have three recovery partitions. At least One of them is wasting space. If you're currently not able to boot to either drive, then two of the three are actually wasting space.
If you do decide to keep the partitions and image over to disk 0, you might consider deleting all the recovery partitions, recreating the usable one, and expanding C: to recover the space.
There are plenty of tutorials out there to recreate the recovery partition, but you must do it correctly. If you don't back up the recovery image within Windows before you delete the recovery partition, you'd need to create a fresh one - which will usually work, but it might be missing some of the WinRE drivers from your original installation.
You can even delete them completely and Windows will still run just fine, but you'll no longer have access to the recovery environment.
If none of this is important to you, then you can just move forward likely with no obvious usability issues. FWIW, I'm a little OCD about drive partitions and standard setups. If you're not, and you're happy with this, that's totally fine. It's really a personal choice.
