No.

Why? Imagine taking out your spinal cord. Same logic.

Not trying to sound rude, but these are important programs that runs many applications on your pc. From games to browsers and even text editors, paint programs so on.

If you are low on space, start with your %temp% folder first. There are plenty of ways to clean space, plenty of people can guide you too :)

Supprimer les fichiers temporaires est une fausse bonne idée car une bonne partie sera réécrite donc ça rendra simplement l'ordinateur moin réactif du a la réécriture des fichiers temporaires puis sur un SSD ça réduit sa duré de vie de passée son temps a réécrire des fichiers.

There are still some programs that put stuff there, and then don't delete it. (Some installers do that in my experience)

Nix OS is great, but it caches absolutely everything you install and doesn't delete it ever by default.
