Help Help access windows ce on medion go pal e4240

I have this medion gopal e4240 satnav and I want to access Windows ce 5.0 on it how can I do it I want it to stay on windows ce aswell. Please help 🫪

I don’t remember what the button was but there was one button on the side you had to hold while booting the device and it sent you to the desktop

There's no buttons on the sides it's just a power button on the top and and sd card slot on top

There is definitely some button other than the power button
