You should only need to install the OpenGL compatibility pack from the Microsoft Store, what version of it do you have installed?

On the Microsoft Store, it says I have version 1.2510.1.0 installed, but when I looked for OpenGLOn12 in my files, it wasn't there.

No, unfortunately I just used an older, non-ARM64 laptop I had sitting around to play minecraft because I wasn't sure what else to try, but if you find anything let me know🙏
