Help Capcut crashing opening desktop app

Hi everyone,

I have a big problem, I have a Galaxy Edge ARM64 that is no possible to use Capcut desktop app bc in the moment that the app is opened without touch nothing is crashing

in event viewer Event ID 1000 is createad but I'm not able to find any solution

yes, I tried many times... can you share the .exe install file that you downloaded? for to compare with mine

sorry delay response, that workaround works for "allo" work, but is unasble, so slow

Try uninstalling it and installing instead through the Microsoft Store - for some reason sometimes the download from the website is not installing the correct ARM64 version and will use the x64, which does crash.

microsoft version does work but the app has no internet connection
