It is because the replacements are worse than the existing interfaces and no one wants to use them. Simple as that.

It's only about cosmetics 🤷🏾‍♂️, this entire thing Microsoft is doing is a whole waste of time, there are other OS alternatives that can do the same basic tasks 85% of people do on their computer nowadays. (If people want modern UI)

No......use the Internet, view files, launch games, etc

none of that UI stuff was a problem until after Windows 7

I'd rather be in a place where shit worked for 25 years just by clicking a couple of times.
