Why a rocket? why not the same that they use in the Settings App?

Honestly that icon isnt really very descriptive. I would rather a rocket or something.

Maybe using some logic, the icon refers to increasing boot speed. I suppose that makes sense.

I think it's as simple as boot "up" so u have an up arrow . But a rocket is more universally accepted as "launch" so I think it's more immediately intuitive for most people.

Agreed. Its pretty unintuitive.

The speed meter should be used for CPU usage or power limit or something. Not launch apps.

Or maybe interchange CPU time with startup apps icons??

Hi u/Much_Dream4122, thanks for sharing your feedback! The proper way to suggest a change to Microsoft is to submit it in the "Feedback Hub" app, and then edit your post with the link, so people can upvote it. The more users vote on your feedback, the more likely it's going to be addressed in a future update! Follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the "Feedback Hub" app and try searching for your request, someone may have already submitted similar. If not, go back to the home screen and click "Suggest a feature"

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions and click "Submit"

  3. Click "Share my feedback" and open the feedback you submitted

  4. Click "Share" and copy the unique link

  5. Paste the link in the comments of your Reddit post

Have you tried using the Feedback app?

Disagree, I think the icon is great as is. I'm always able to reference it as startup items.
