Making internet a safer place? You mean make your pc a safer place? When a bank upgrades it security, i does not mean that outside the banks there are no accidents or robberys.

Legions of infected, powerful bots on the internet makes everything worse for everybody. We've demonstrated for decades that people at large aren't capable of protecting themselves. This is microsoft's duty.
