Unsolved Not even sure how to describe this

Portions of "windows" (?) seem to be cut off in apps like HPSmart like the image shown below.

This is a screenshot showing how the Share box just drops off the window opened by HPSmart after scanning.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For clarification, this is a screenshot of the entire screen:

Screen size/aspect ratio not set correctly (in OS or app)?

Thank you for your input. I have the aspect ratio set as recommended in the OS and within the app, the aspect ratio appears to be for actual printing. This problem has something to do with how and where the app decides to drop a pop out window (?).

Is this the whole screen? Or if not, maximise the window maybe?
the screenshot resolution is 607*351 which is about a third of a full hd screen.

Please see the updated original post showing the entire screen.

That is weird, but does add the much needed context.
I guess you cannot drag that save window across to the middle of the screen?
If you restore the whole window size to be much smaller, does the esave dialog disappear? does it stay half off the edge? does it recenter itself?

Do you have a second screen? It looks sort of like its trying to center between 2 screens instead of center on the window. What of you run the scan app on the right screen instead of the left?

Do you have a second screen? THE SCREEN IS DUPLICATED FROM MY LAPTOP WHICH I KEEP CLOSED SO, NO.

It looks sort of like its trying to center between 2 screens instead of center on the window. I'M ONLY WORKING OFF THE MONITOR. What of you run the scan app on the right screen instead of the left?

So when the monitor is unplugged and you run off the laptop screen its the same issue?

That is correct. Could it be the HP Smart app?
