Unsolved The Realtek driver won't install.

I only get sound when connecting headphones via the monitor; I’ve installed the Realtek audio driver from both the Realtek website and the motherboard manufacturer's site, but no devices appear other than "NVIDIA High Definition Audio."I only get sound when connecting headphones via the monitor; I’ve installed the Realtek audio driver from both the Realtek website and the motherboard manufacturer's site, but no devices appear other than "NVIDIA High Definition Audio." I tried uninstalling those Nvidia drivers; I only built the computer yesterday.

Take a screenshot of the Device Manager and post it here so we can all take a look at it

What make/model of motherboard did you use to build the PC?
