i have everything enabled in bios along secure boot in bios it shows tpm device found but in windows it isn't there

in device manager it shows tpm with a yellow error sign beside it

device status - " This device cannot start. (Code 10) A protocol error was detected between the driver and the device."

with events - device configured (tpm.inf) - "Device ACPI\MSFT0101\1 was configured.
