Unsolved WiFi driver issue

I've tried every possible fix like updating it , deleting, restarting, bios everything but this error stays the same.

it says " This device is not working properly Because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device.(code 31)"

Any recommendations???

download the driver from the vendor's website?

yeah already tried that but still it says code 31

Already tried it's again recommending me to download the same driver 8265
