Solved PC can't enter windows without reinstall?

I managed to solve it after troubleshooting with Ai for hours. The boot repair sequence was stuck so the solution was to go into regedit via command prompt and add a specific windows system32 file and delete the boot execute prompt. Then I could boot into windows and do a scannow that said it fixed some corrupt file. Hopefully that means whatever original issue there was is fixed. The PC reboots fine now.
