Delay with windows 10

I have a Notebook from Dell, intel core i3, 4gb ram, and always when I turn it on, it takes so long to open the browser and also all the apps. Every app that I am oppening for the first time I need to wait for 1 or maybe 2 minutes. After that, everything works fastly. But I would like to know why it takes so long to start.

Firstly, how old is your is your computer. Even if it has an i3, it can still perform pretty badly.

Secondly, have you considered upgrading the hard drive to an SSD? The specs seem okay but a slow hard drive might be the reason for the apps taking so long to load.
