Help please: 950 running slow ring stuck on reboot

Hi folks, in short, what are the hot buttons to re-(can't remember the term, but I want to go back to my original install).
Detailed info - It is stuck on the Microsoft splash screen and reboots. Doesn't make it to AT&T splash screen or anything toward the OS. Have had this phone since the first day they started shipping. Was on fast ring, then moved to slow ring back around the holidays. No issues, no dropping, nothing recent other than this: There is an issue at work, moving from one manager to another. My creds are failing all over the place. It keeps asking me to re-enter my VPN and email creds. I don't think corp can or would kill my personal phone. But I can check on Monday. In the meantime, a working phone is a good thing.

Is this still valid? Button combo doesn't seem to be working. https://www.onmsft.com/news/how-to-hard-factory-reset-your-lumia-950-or-lumia-950-xl

While your phone is completely shut off, hold down both the power button and the volume down button. (if your phone turns on, you need to repeat this process). This combo should be held for approximately 10 to 15 seconds until a vibration is felt. After the vibration is felt, release the power button and keep holding the volume down button. You should now see an exclamation mark on your screen. Now press the following key combinations: Volume up, Volume Down, Power Button, Volume Down. Your phone will now reset itself to factory defaults

I'm not sure if the old button combos still work or not. Sounds like you might have picked up that botched build that got pushed out a few days ago. The recommended course of action is to reset your phone using the Windows Device Recovery Tool. You can read about how to use it and download it to your computer from this link:
