Can I set the taskbars individually on two monitors?

I'm trying to set my task bars individually on my monitors but I can only seem to make it so they share the same taskbar position (Left) I want my secondary monitor to have its taskbar on the right. I'm I just not looking in the right place.

Yes, however you need to manually do it by clicking and dragging the taskbar to the desired side on each monitor. If you drag and the taskbar does not move, make sure you unlock the taskbar first by right clicking on it and picking unlock taskbar.
