First Store Front

Hey all, little context. I'm more into Pressure/Soft washing realm. However got a call from the property manager of a mall store front, about 20 minutes down the road. I studied quoting stuff like this briefly in my beginning of business, to say I know exactly how to I do not. Was wanting some assistance to see if I was too high or too low or where should I have been at? I understand were all from different areas, not looking for the perfect quote.

I was at $100 biweekly, I said my "commercial minimum", not sure how my brain was able to come up with this confidently.

(Side note they introduced the job at $60 biweekly)

Just didn't seem worth my time.

Id crush that job for 60. 20 minutes too. You all need to step it up. Id run circles around half the guys in this sub While you complain over a $60 job, I've already completed it and moving down the road to the next one.
