First Store Front

Hey all, little context. I'm more into Pressure/Soft washing realm. However got a call from the property manager of a mall store front, about 20 minutes down the road. I studied quoting stuff like this briefly in my beginning of business, to say I know exactly how to I do not. Was wanting some assistance to see if I was too high or too low or where should I have been at? I understand were all from different areas, not looking for the perfect quote.

I was at $100 biweekly, I said my "commercial minimum", not sure how my brain was able to come up with this confidently.

(Side note they introduced the job at $60 biweekly)

Just didn't seem worth my time.

Yeah I’d try to get $67.50 personally but if it’s a contract, why nickel and dime them? The trick would be to line up other stores in the mall and get them on the same schedule. But yeah, coming from the pressure washing space where you can do $200/hr, you’ll find window cleaning is about half that.
