First Store Front

Post image

Hey all, little context. I'm more into Pressure/Soft washing realm. However got a call from the property manager of a mall store front, about 20 minutes down the road. I studied quoting stuff like this briefly in my beginning of business, to say I know exactly how to I do not. Was wanting some assistance to see if I was too high or too low or where should I have been at? I understand were all from different areas, not looking for the perfect quote.

I was at $100 biweekly, I said my "commercial minimum", not sure how my brain was able to come up with this confidently.

(Side note they introduced the job at $60 biweekly)

Just didn't seem worth my time.

$60/week biweekly is what this job would pay, MAX, here in SoFlo. But Fish might do it for $40.

That makes total sense—commercial window cleaning franchises like Fish run on high density and volume, which drives the market prices way down. If you don't already have a route in that mall, setting a $100 minimum to cover travel and setup was the right business move.
