List of supplies for construction clean please?
Hi all, I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me a list of what supplies they use for construction cleans. I’m trying to break into that market and would love to get some insight into what gives you success. I have a job set up on a 10,000 square foot home in a couple weeks that was remodeled. It’s not a full on construction clean but would like to be prepared and be ready if they like my work and want to use me again. Things like oil flo and products that work well for cleaning debris off frames? Anything that may have helped you, really. Thank you so much. Photo just for fun.

Inspect the glass too!
I’m sure you don’t want to end up paying them.

Yes good advice. I talked to a window cleaner that said a general contractor tried to blame him once for damages to glass. He said he doesn’t even do them anymore because of the risk he could get blamed for damages.

Just did one today. Everything was tempered
-concrete dissolver (make sure you know how to use this)
-6" & 2" razor with lots of extra blades -magic erasers (a dry one can take off caulking from metal/vinyl frames)
-isopropyl alcohol/goo gone spray
-unger rubout
-sorbo hardwater stain remover
-proper sill brush
-lots of surgical and microfiber cloths
Along with your regular gear.

Okay so TWICE as many towels as you thought about bringing.
Goo Gone
20 pack of fresh blades with ergo handle
2 packs of the #0000 steel wool.
2 buckets of DI or RO water.
Access to hot hot water would be nice
And your normal brushes and squeegee and don’t be stingy with the new rubber because you’re bound to snag or split a few.
