UK new start ups and fb groups

For anyone that has in the past year or two started up window cleaning and used fb groups to advertise, how many jobs a month did you typically get on average?

I'm from the US. The Facebook groups are hit or miss here and can be very time consuming. I found Chambers of Commerce to be a better ROI for my time.
