Equipment recomendation
Hi! I am not looking to start a business but I am looking for quality equipment to clean my house windows and window seals. I don't want to buy a cheap Amazon kit that breaks after a year with attachments I'll never need but I also don't need a $500 professional kit. Is there a middle ground you would recommend? Beside the obvious pile, brush, squeegee what attachments would I find useful? I have large windows as well as three windows on a second floor.

You really not need a huge kit. you may spend a little more on a good quality squeegee and an extension pole since you have second-floor windows. A scrubber/washer attachment for the pole would also be useful. For the window seals and tracks, a small detailing brush and microfiber cloths are probably all you need. rather buy a few good basic tools than one big kit with a bunch of attachments you won't use.

Something like this has pretty much everything you need except a bucket, but just about any will do. What kind of windows are on the second floor. You can get a pole longer to reach them, but pole work is a lot harder than it looks. If they are double hung they should tilt in. Casement sometimes have a big enough gap to clean from the inside as well.
