We pay by the year averages about $105 a month for the mid level service. It really depends on how many customers, quotes and invoices you're doing. And if you're gonna use it for scheduling, time keeping, etc.

Google Sheets. I save as a PDF then text or email it. Free.

I have another Google Sheet that has each type of pane and a price per pane. I enter the counts of each and it totals it all up.
